AIR LIQUIDE SIVOA

•   SIVOA was created on October 20 1961 as a limited company with a capital of  ten (10) million francs CFA.  SIVOA (la Société IVoirienne d’Oxygène et d’Acétylène) is a subsidiary of the AIR LIQUIDE Group started in COTE D’IVOIRE since 1948 .

•  At first, it was an exclusive sales outlet for AIR LIQUIDE, SIVOA saw itself progressively giving way to all the group’s products. This allowed its capital to increase to 873.400.000 F FCA .

•  On Monday, April 19 1999 , SIVOA was admitted to the  West African  Regional Stock Exchange. (La Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières (BRVM) Afrique de l’ouest ).

•  In February 2007, SIVOA won first prize at the National Oscar for Quality.  In 2006, SIVOA put an Air Liquide industrial management system in place, which allowed operations in the subsidiaries to go on safely and reliably, without any accidents, whilst always respecting the environment.  

•  83 employees are divided between two sites: the industrial zone at Vridi and the boulevard de Marseille.
